They are provided as a free service.  All material is copyrighted by the publisher except for material copyrighted by individual artists and writers.  Mr. Stockland uses certain names such as Will Stockland, Wilbur Stockland, Greg or Gregory or Gregore Potemkin and claims the  same rights and protections for these and any other names.
